1. Do you have a showroom?
Yes we do have our newly renovated showroom and it is located at 4th floor of our building at 19 Changi Northway Singapore 498786. We are open 9:00-5:30pm Mondays to Saturdays.
2. Do you deal directly with homeowners?
Yes we can directly help homeowners in their quest for best materials in renovation.
3. What products do you sell?
We mainly sell building materials. We have a wide array of stones, tiles and bathroom furniture. We also have materials from brands we carry – such as Baldocer, VitrA tiles and bathroom products and Cimstone. We also recently bring Terrazzo and our Gemma collection of Semi Precious Stones. For a full preview of our exceptional collection of building materials, feel free to head down to our showroom (weekends by appointment only) and our showroom executives will be more than happy to assist you.
4. Do you do installation?
Yes, we do provide installation services mainly for feature walls, countertops, and furniture. For your renovation requirements, click here to contact our customer service representative to assist you more on your project.
5. Where can we park at your 19 Changi North Way showroom?
Do feel free to park at the porch of the building and leave your car license plate and contact number at our reception should we need to contact you to shift your car in any circumstance. The best days to come to our showroom is Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday Morning where we have more parking slots. You can also park in a gantry timed open-air public carpark across the road from our building.
6. How can we get to your 19 Changi North Way showroom by public transport?
Directions by Public Transport
Board the train and alight to Tampines East or Tampines Interchange
If you alight on either trains, you can Board bus 4 at Tampines Bus Interchange.
Alight at bus-stop Zuellig Pharma
Walk towards our building 19 Changi Northway; first you will see is the warehouse entrance and the next would be the main entrance
Directions by Land/car
Our building is located between Zuellig Pharma and Pan Asia Logistics and near Singapore Prison
7. If I’m an homeowner, and would like to purchase a natural stone countertop – how does the procedure work?
Come over to our showroom with your drawings or give us a call or email at enquiry@futar.com.sg and +65 6543 3818! We can further advise you and explain the procedure.
8. Can I request samples from FUTAR?
Yes, samples of our products are readily available upon request. Kindly drop us a call or email and we will arrange for the samples to be sent to you. You can also drop by the showroom and our sales personnel will arrange the sample for you.
